Know exactly what you’re getting
The fountain kit includes the fountain, pump, faucet kit, user manual, and your selected number of filters. The 8-filter replacement pack contains filters only. USB power is required; this is not a cordless fountain.
Make filter changes part of the routine
Check the water level daily and keep the bowl and pump clean. The current product guidance recommends changing the filter every 3–4 weeks; follow your supplied instructions and replace sooner if needed. Extra filters make the next change easier.
A simple routine
Prepare
Rinse and assemble the washable parts and prepare the filter according to the supplied manual. Fill to the marked level before connecting USB power.
Check daily
Keep fresh water available, check the level, and top up as needed. Do not let the pump run dry; capacity is not a promise of a week without attention.
Clean & refresh
Disconnect power before cleaning. Clean the bowl and pump as directed, rinse thoroughly, and replace the filter on schedule.

Which option includes the fountain?
Fountain + 1 filter and Fountain + 9 filters both include the fountain. The 8 replacement filters option is filters only.
Is it rechargeable or battery operated?
No. WagFountain uses USB power and needs to stay connected to operate. Check the supplied manual for the required power rating; contact us if you need confirmation of the adapter included for your destination.
How often do filters need replacing?
The current product guidance says every 3–4 weeks. Water quality, number of pets, and use can affect replacement needs. Follow the supplied instructions and inspect regularly.
What does a filter subscription deliver?
A subscription to the replacement-filter option sends 8 filters per selected pack at each delivery. It does not send another fountain. Review the displayed frequency and recurring price before checkout.
How do I clean the fountain?
Disconnect USB power first. Follow the manual to remove and clean the bowl, filter housing, and pump. Rinse thoroughly before reassembly; do not assume parts are dishwasher-safe unless the manual says so.
Is it completely silent?
You may hear flowing water and the pump. Keep the water at the recommended level and clean the pump regularly. A measured sound level has not been confirmed for the current model.
