A closer look at the design

1Fine-tooth head

The close-set metal teeth form the combing surface. This is a comb, not a hair clipper.

2Collection chamber

The comb connects to a suction-powered collection chamber with a removable filter.

3Replaceable filter

Collected material stays in the capture filter for removal. The package includes three filters to get started.

Before, during, and after combing

A quick overview of the process. Follow the instructions supplied with your exact model; ask us to confirm suitability for your pet before first use.

Prepare
Check the adapter rating and fit the capture filter and comb head as directed in the supplied manual.
Comb
Follow the approved directions for your model and coat type. Do not force the fine teeth through knots or mats.
Clear away
Switch off and unplug before removing the filter. Follow the supplied disposal and cleaning instructions.

Good to know before you order

Is it rechargeable?

WagComb Pro is listed as a plug-in device and includes a power adapter. It is not advertised here as cordless or rechargeable.

Which plug and voltage do I need?

Select US, UK, or EU to match your socket. The current specification lists 220V but does not confirm a separate input range for every adapter. Contact us to confirm compatibility with your supply, especially for US orders. A plug adapter alone does not change voltage.

Will it suit my dog or cat’s coat?

Fine teeth need to pass through the coat without pulling. For thick, curly, or matted coats, or if you are unsure about pet-use suitability, ask us to confirm the current model’s instructions before ordering.

Is it silent or does it electrically zap pests?

The product is described as a suction-and-filter comb. A verified sound level and electrical-zapping function have not been confirmed for this model. Contact us if either feature is important to your purchase.

Can I buy replacement filters?

Three capture filters are included. Contact us to check compatible replacements and current availability before you run out. Do not assume a filter from another brand will fit.

How do I clean it?

Unplug the device before handling the filter or cleaning. Follow the supplied manual for the removable parts; keep the powered body and adapter out of water.
